Students at Grossmont College, Mesa College, and University of San Diego will have an opportunity to meet Hillel at Club Rush Fairs at the beginning of the semester. Hillel helps students create a Jewish presence on campus and connect them to area-wide programming for Shabbat and holidays, Israel travel, and Alternative Breaks.
The Jewish Student Union is a registered student group on campus which organizes Shabbat dinners once a semester, social programming, and holiday tabling on campus. We occasionally partner with the Jewish Law Students Association. Look for us at Alcala Bazaar at the beginning of each semester. With its proximity to SDSU, students at Grossmont College are invited to participate in Hillel of San Diego/SDSU activities. These include Shabbat services and dinner twice a month, weekly programming including bowling, bagels, and Wednesday night activities, Women of Hillel, Alternative Break programming, community service, and more.
